Grey Sunderland founded Classics Lacrosse in 2017 with the vision of bringing together top players from across North America to compete, grow, and build lifelong connections through the game. A standout face-off specialist at Babson College, Grey had an exceptional NCAA career, earning honors such as:

2024 NEILA All-Academic
Over four years, he started in 60 games, recorded 654 career face-off wins, and set program records for ground balls and face-offs won. Off the field, Grey majored in Economics, earned induction into the Economics Honor Society, and now works at J.P. Morgan.
With a passion for growing the game, Grey created Classics to connect elite athletes, provide top-tier coaching, and foster a competitive yet fun culture that goes beyond the field.
Cash Stocks
Co-Founder, Classics Lacrosse
Cash Stocks graduated from Santa Clara University and serves as the Chief Program Director for Classics Lacrosse, playing a key role in the program’s continued growth and success.
Cash has helped lead 14 Classics teams to championship titles and is the creator of the Classics Lacrosse website. Known for his tireless work ethic and leadership, Cash has become a trusted presence across all areas of the organization.
Cash began playing lacrosse as a 9th grader and quickly rose through the ranks as a defenseman at Bellevue High School, where he earned a spot on the state championship varsity roster. He initially committed to NCAA Division III powerhouse Whittier College, but ultimately chose to pursue a more rigorous academic path at Santa Clara University.
Cash excels at building strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches, and brings a diverse skill set that includes lacrosse strategy, video editing, and digital content creation. His leadership, dedication, and attention to detail continue to elevate the Classics experience on and off the field.
Reid Sunderland
Advisor, Classics Lacrosse
Reid Sunderland is a student at the University of Washington, Class of 2026, and plays an integral role in both the player development and operational sides of Classics Lacrosse.
Reid has competed in every Classics 2022 event, serving as a standout goalie and contributing to multiple championship wins. Known for his composure and quick reflexes, he has made critical saves against NCAA Division I commits and consistently demonstrated leadership in high-pressure situations.
Beyond the field, Reid assists with organization and works closely with attackmen and midfielders, helping them improve their shooting efficiency and decision-making. He continues to support younger players by sharing the techniques and mindset that helped him thrive under pressure.
Reid’s blend of experience, leadership, and attention to detail makes him a valuable part of the Classics Lacrosse mission to develop elite athletes and build a strong, supportive community.
